  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeƱo pepper, de-seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerated for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve with vegetable sticks.
